Lunghwa University of Science and Technology selects students to participate in the MOE “Hsueh-Hai” Study Abroad Programs for overseas study or training.
The programs include "Hsueh-Hai Dream-Building," "New Southbound Hsueh-Hai Dream-Building," and "Hsueh-Hai Flying."
