College of Management

Educating new generations with both theory and practice and preparing technical and managerial talent. The College of Management was established in 2001 and currently consists of five departments and two master programs::

Department of Finance

The Department of Finance aims to develop students into financial professionals with integrity, professionalism, and excellent skills. Its development plan focuses on "ethical practice, professional certifications, practical experiences,and advanced learning opportunities." 

Department of Digital Marketing & Cross-Border Commerce

Lunghwa University of Science and Technology established the Division of International Business in 1989 and this Division was upgraded to be the Department of International Business in 2001. In response to the national digital development strategy and the needs of industrial transformation,in 2023 the Department sets the goal to take the role of “International Business 3.0” and has renamed the Department to be “Digital Marketing & Cross-Border Commerce.”

Department of Business Administration & Master Program

The Department of Business Administration implements a school-based spirit and designs courses based on students' career-oriented needs. A recent survey shows most graduates of our department work in the field of "administration" or "business services." Early in their careers, they are mainly employed as entry-level managersor administrators. Aside from basic knowledge and skills,"problem-solving," "creative thinking," and "information application" skills are crucial.

Department of Information Management and Master Program

The educational strategy of the Information Management Department is centered around the key trends in the information industry, such as "Big Data," "Smart Internet of Things," and "E-commerce Intelligence." It is built upon specialized training in the fields of "Programming," "Database Management," and "Integration Development." This strategy is implemented through teaching, practical research, industry-academia collaboration, and academic services.

Department of Industrial Management

The Department of Industrial Management has the longest history among all the departments in the College of Management. The primary goal in creating this department is to nurture operational management professionals with a combination of skills and character traits essential for the manufacturing industry.
