Introduction◢

Lunghwa University of Science and Technology (LHU) is a prestigious institution with a long-standing history of prioritizing both professional expertise and holistic education.

Our Chinese Language Center (CLC), affiliated with the Office of International and Cross-Strait Cooperation, boasts a distinguished faculty and state-of-the-art facilities. All our instructors possess extensive, multi-year experience in teaching Mandarin as a second language.

To meet the diverse needs of international students, the CLC offers a wide range of specialized Mandarin programs. To ensure students adapt quickly to life in Taiwan, we complement formal classroom instruction with vibrant cultural activities and outdoor field trips, fostering an enjoyable and immersive learning journey within a warm, authentic environment.

Our Facilities◢

The Center features 17 dedicated Mandarin classrooms, providing a comfortable and professional environment for language learning. Each classroom is fully equipped with instructor computers, advanced projection systems, and glass whiteboards. Additionally, selected classrooms are outfitted with interactive touchscreens to further enhance classroom engagement and maximize learning effectiveness.

Library Overview◢

The Lunghwa University of Science and Technology Library is a vital learning hub on campus, providing an extensive collection of books and electronic resources to help new students quickly adapt to their university coursework. The library features quiet reading zones and self-study areas, ideal for preparing reports and studying for exams. Digital search and automated lending services are also available for maximum convenience. Accommodation & Housing◢

Lunghwa University of Science and Technology (LHU) offers comfortable and convenient on-campus dormitories, ensuring students can focus on their studies and life with peace of mind. Most rooms are designed for three to four occupants and are equipped with essential amenities such as beds, desks, wardrobes, and internet access. Additionally, laundry rooms and public lounge spaces are provided to meet daily needs. The dormitories implement a secure access control system, prioritizing residential safety and quality of life.
